The design
A tall, lit signage pylon anchors the left edge of the composition and doubles as a backlit water-wall feature. Above a transparent glazed podium, the guest-room floors read as stacked, cantilevered trays.
Façade & materials
Bronze-charcoal metal framing, frameless glass balustrades, and continuous LED soffit lighting emphasise the building's horizontal rhythm, giving it a refined hospitality presence against a dusk sky.
Guest experience
A double-height, fully glazed lobby and lounge open at street level behind a porte-cochère-style stepped entry, framed by mature trees and landscaped frontage that buffer the building from the road.
