The design

A clean prismatic mass is split by a vertical notch into two volumes — a slate-banded living slab and a cooler glazed service and circulation core — giving the tower a streamlined, almost aerodynamic profile.

Façade & crown

Continuous horizontal floor bands of ribbon balconies wrap the living volume, while blue-grey curtain glazing clads the core. A chamfered, lightened crown keeps the top of the tower from feeling heavy against the sky.

Programme & setting

Stacked apartments sit above an active ground floor and a landscaped urban plaza — a landmark vertical development conceived for a dense city site.
